Depth Therapy for the Transitions That Shape You.
Life unfolds as a series of thresholds, each one shaping who we are and who we’re becoming. Some changes arise from the world around us: stepping into young adulthood, navigating the stages of parenthood, or experiencing the profound shifts of midlife, such as peri/menopause. These external transitions challenge us to grow inwardly as we adapt to new roles.
Other changes originate deep within: inner archetypes stir buried parts of ourselves, calling for integration, while protective parts hold us back in an effort to keep us safe. Sometimes, exiled parts create disruption, longing to be seen and heard. We are also shaped by external archetypes—moving from maiden to mother to crone—or collective archetypes that invite us to meet the changing age of humanity.
Viewing transitions through an archetypal lens brings profound meaning and clarity. By incorporating somatic awareness, we ground these shifts in the body, allowing them to fully integrate within the nervous system—making them feel real, embodied, and whole.
Hi, I’m Tammy.
I love thresholds and transitions—so much so that I’ve made them the focus of my work. I specialize in supporting:
Therapists becoming aligned with authentic work and self.
Young adults becoming confident in their identity and purpose.
Mothers becoming whole, balancing caregiving with their evolving identity.
Midlife adults becoming renewed, transforming what was into what’s next.
An Integrative Approach to Becoming
My work blends archetypal wisdom, somatic practices, and depth therapy, creating a holistic path to healing and transformation. Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your life and help you move fully into your next phase of becoming.
Clients often describe me as warm, accepting, and down-to-earth. As someone who’s navigated many transitions myself, I understand the beauty and challenges that come with growth and change. With over 17 years in private practice and advanced training in clinical social work and psychodynamic psychotherapy, I create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

What is Archetypal Somatic Depth Therapy?
Archetypal Somatic Depth Therapy integrates three key approaches—Archetypal, Somatic, and Depth Psychotherapy—to help you explore the deeper layers of your mind, body, and soul.
Archetypal: Exploring Universal Patterns
Archetypes are universal patterns that shape how you experience life, influencing your thoughts, emotions, and even the rhythms of your body’s nervous system. These archetypes represent the many parts within you—both visible and hidden—as well as the life phases you navigate and the transformations in the world around you. They deeply influence your felt sense of love, safety, power, stress, and ease, weaving through your mental, emotional, and physical experiences.
Somatic: Connecting with the Body’s Wisdom
Somatic work explores how past experiences leave imprints within your body. These archetypal imprints shape your personality and guide how you engage with yourself and the world. By tuning into the body’s sensations, we can uncover areas where you feel stuck, bringing awareness, release, and healing to patterns that may have once served you but now hold you back.
Depth: Delving Beneath the Surface
Depth psychotherapy focuses on exploring the unconscious patterns and stories that shape your life. By delving into these deeper layers, we uncover hidden influences, bring them to light, and create space for transformation. This approach honors the complexity of your inner world and invites deeper growth and integration.
My approach integrates archetypal models—such as the Enneagram, Jungian psychology, and Internal Family Systems—with somatic practices, including Somatic Experiencing, Hypnosis and Subtle Body Healing.
Who I Support Best
I work with people who are curious about exploring themselves through an archetypal lens and ready to take an active role in their healing journey. I enjoy supporting those open to integrating the many parts of themselves while embracing the mental, emotional, and somatic dimensions of healing.
I’m especially passionate about working with:
Therapists and coaches seeking deeper support and insight
Young adults navigating the complexities of early adulthood and discovering their place in the world.
Mothers of young children navigating the demands of nurturing others while staying connected to their own identity and personal growth.
Women experiencing midlife transformation, including the profound journey of peri/menopause.
