Hi, I’m Tammy.

My clients often describe me as having an accepting, down-to-earth presence. I’d love to meet you where you are, to truly listen, and to create a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Grounded Expertise and Holistic Care

With over 17 years in private practice and advanced training in clinical social work (LCSW) and psychodynamic psychotherapy (PhD, ABD), I bring a deep commitment to personal and professional growth. Using carefully honed modalities, I tailor each session to support your holistic needs.

What is Archetypal Somatic Depth Therapy?

Archetypal Somatic Depth Therapy integrates three key approaches—Archetypal, Somatic, and Depth Psychotherapy—to help you explore the deeper layers of your mind, body, and soul.

Archetypal: Exploring Universal Patterns

Archetypes are universal patterns that shape how you experience life, influencing your thoughts, emotions, and even the rhythms of your body’s nervous system. These archetypes represent the many parts within you—both visible and hidden—as well as the life phases you navigate and the transformations in the world around you. They deeply influence your felt sense of love, safety, power, stress, and ease, weaving through your mental, emotional, and physical experiences.

Somatic: Connecting with the Body’s Wisdom

Somatic work explores how past experiences leave imprints within your body. These archetypal imprints shape your personality and guide how you engage with yourself and the world. By tuning into the body’s sensations, we can uncover areas where you feel stuck, bringing awareness, release, and healing to patterns that may have once served you but now hold you back.

Depth: Delving Beneath the Surface

Depth psychotherapy focuses on exploring the unconscious patterns and stories that shape your life. By delving into these deeper layers, we uncover hidden influences, bring them to light, and create space for transformation. This approach honors the complexity of your inner world and invites deeper growth and integration.

My approach integrates archetypal models—such as the Enneagram, Jungian psychology, and Internal Family Systems—with somatic practices, including Somatic Experiencing, Hypnosis and Subtle Body Healing.

Who I Support Best

I work with people who are curious about exploring themselves through an archetypal lens and ready to take an active role in their healing journey. I enjoy supporting those open to integrating the many parts of themselves while embracing the mental, emotional, and somatic dimensions of healing.

I’m especially passionate about working with:

  • Therapists and coaches seeking deeper support and insight

  • Young adults navigating the complexities of early adulthood and discovering their place in the world.

  • Mothers of young children navigating the demands of nurturing others while staying connected to their own identity and personal growth.

  • Women experiencing midlife transformation, including the profound journey of peri/menopause.
