How to Begin.
If you’re interested in working together, the process is simple. You can begin by completing the inquiry form below. I review each message and will follow up with next steps if it appears we may be a good fit.
My practice is often close to full, but openings arise periodically as clients complete their work or schedules shift. You’re welcome to reach out if it feels like we may be a good fit.
You’ll also find practical details about fees, scheduling, and insurance in the expandable sections further down the page.
1. Complete the Inquiry Form
Start by completing the short form below.
2. Receive the Scheduling Link
If it appears we may be a good fit, I’ll send you a private scheduling link where you can choose from the current appointment times.
3. Schedule Your First Session
Your first meeting is a full therapy session. If we decide to continue working together, the time you choose will become your ongoing appointment time. If the fit doesn’t feel right, I’m happy to offer that meeting as a complimentary consultation.
You can begin by completing the inquiry form below.
Why I Begin With a Full Session
Therapy is a relationship — its quality shapes the work as much as any method.
Rather than offering a brief consultation call, I begin with a full session so we have enough time to explore what’s bringing you in, get to know each other, and begin the work together.
This meeting also allows both of us to sense whether the connection feels supportive. If we decide to continue, the session becomes your first therapy appointment.
