Support For Supporters
Therapists and coaches face the unique position of holding space for others’ vulnerability, often while holding complex emotional experiences of their own. In my practice, I provide a space where therapists and coaches can safely explore their own needs, processing the emotional impact of their work with compassion. Engaging in therapy as a mental health professional is essential for self-awareness, resilience, and empathy—greatly enhancing one’s ability to support others.
Therapists & Coaches
Being in therapy serves as a reminder of the value of vulnerability and self-care. Personal therapy allows you to explore your blind spots, process the weight of compassion fatigue, and maintain healthier boundaries. Whether you seek support for personal challenges or guidance around specific client dynamics, I offer a space where you can freely explore the layers of your personal and professional life.
I believe authentic heartfelt connection is a cornerstone of transformative therapy. I love to inspire therapists and coaches to explore and strengthen their human connection with clients while maintaining the professional boundaries that sustain a healthy, fulfilling practice.
Frontline Workers
With over a decade of frontline experience, I understand the pressures and complexities of working in high-demand environments. My decade at the VA involved managing high caseloads, facing secondary trauma, and navigating the burnout that comes with serving vulnerable populations.
Together, we’ll create a safe and compassionate space for you to heal, reflect, and reconnect with your own needs. In our sessions, we will explore the patterns and coping mechanisms that arise in response to challenging work environments, transforming these into sustainable ways of being.
