Who I Work Best With

  • Bringing Authenticity, Intuition, and Wholeness Into Your Practice

As therapists, our work evolves as we do—professionally and personally. I specialize in supporting therapists who are refining their practice to feel more aligned with their authentic selves. This might mean exploring how to integrate holistic, intuitive, or even spiritual dimensions into your professional framework, or finding the confidence to trust your instincts while maintaining professional rigor.

Thank you for the deeply important work you do. You spend your days supporting others, holding space for their growth, and navigating the complexities of human connection. But who holds space for you? Therapy offers a grounding space to reflect, process, and move toward greater alignment in your work and life.

I’ve been honored to support therapists in my private practice for over 15 years. I love helping fellow clinicians foster authenticity, deepen their connection with clients, and navigate the challenges of this deeply meaningful work. Therapy provides an opportunity to align your professional practice with your evolving sense of self, creating deeper fulfillment and connection for both you and your clients.

It can feel vulnerable to share the parts of yourself that feel less “together.” You might worry about how this impacts your professional image. But the truth is, we all hold both strength and struggle—it’s part of being human. I deeply respect this balance and am honored to hold space for your whole self, just as you do for others.

  • Early adulthood is an exciting and overwhelming threshold—full of self-discovery, big decisions, and the pressure of figuring out who you are and how you want to be in this life. Therapy provides a grounding space to explore your identity, navigate change, and build the foundation for a meaningful future.

I began my private practice in Gainesville, FL, a large college town where I had the experience of working with many young adults. Those connections ignited my passion for the powerful inner work this stage of life invites. I remember this time in my own life vividly—making big life decisions like majoring in anthropology, women’s studies, and eventually clinical social work. Each step not only shaped my outward path but deepened my inward focus on myself.

It was during this stage of life that I fell in love with the Enneagram, a system that transformed my relationship with myself and illuminated the direction of my career. Over the years, I’ve worked with countless young adults from diverse walks of life, all facing similar questions: Who am I? What matters to me? And how do I navigate this next chapter?

  • As a mother of two children (ages 9 and 11), I understand the emotional complexities and challenges of motherhood. Figuring out my parenting style (my mama archetypes) and what works best for my kids and our family was challenging, especially in the early years. Like many mothers, I’ve felt the weight of caregiving and the hard work of finding my way back to myself.

When my children were young, I became immersed in parenting communities, including moderating a large mama social media group. These experiences naturally brought mothers into my therapy practice and sparked a deep passion for supporting them—a specialty I’ve been dedicated to for over a decade.

Therapy isn’t just a space to work through the challenges of motherhood; it’s a chance to reconnect with yourself in meaningful ways. The inner work you do not only enriches your own life but also creates a ripple effect, helping you show up with more presence, patience, and authenticity in your parenting. In addition to exploring your mother self, therapy offers a space to rediscover your passions, reconnect with your purpose, and nurture what makes your heart glow outside of motherhood.

  • Embracing the Transformative Journey of Midlife

Midlife brings profound shifts—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Therapy provides a space to navigate these changes, explore new possibilities, and embrace the transformation with curiosity and strength.

    Key Focus Areas:

    • Exploring the changes and opportunities of peri/menopause

    • Rediscovering purpose, identity, and meaning in midlife

    • Navigating evolving relationships, careers, and priorities

    • Addressing physical and emotional shifts with compassion

This phase of life is a powerful opportunity for renewal and growth. Therapy offers a space to embrace these changes, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with confidence and clarity.

  • The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
